Courses

The years in which a course was presented and the duration of the course are given for courses in the three categories: Applied Vacuum Technology, Surface Analysis and Materials Characterization, and Materials, Thin Films and Coating: Processing and Properties. Some of the courses have similar names which probably results from the evolution of the course or due to a change in the instructor.
