A SMALL SECTION OF THE VACUUM SHOW AT THE 37th ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM, TORONTO, CANADA, NOVEMBER 1990. NOTE THE CROWDS IN THE AISLES, BELOVED BY ALL EXHIBITORS.

The exhibitors at the AVS shows are typically very loyal and helpful to the Society, even when we schedule a meeting in the scientific boondocks, such as Reno. But good attendance is essential, and all exhibitors would prefer that attended at any session have to thread their way through the exhibits to get there!

VACUUM SHOW AT THE 37th ANNUAL SYMPOSIUM, TORONTO, CANADA, NOVEMBER 1990.

There were problems with the Canadian Customs, resulting in the absence of some show material! And no display translated into a lonely show. The exhibitor seated on the right is Dave Diamond, long a vigorous worker in the New England Chapter of the AVS.
