Method of Payment

Payment must be made by check or credit card. (Purchase orders and Bank Transfers are NOT accepted). If payment is by check, the check must be drawn on a United States Bank and made  payable to AVS in U.S. dollars and drawn on a U.S. bank, AVS Tax ID #04-2392373.

Failure to comply with these terms will result in a $50.00 check cashing fee which is accessed and payable at the registration desk  prior to the registrant being permitted into the course classroom.

and American Express (AMEX) credit cards are accepted for Short Course/s registration. Not accepted for payment are all other credit cards including DC, DS, and CB etc.

CANCELLATION POLICY:  A refund will be issued if a written request for cancellation is received by April 30, 2019 to Heather Korff, heather@avs.org.
