Check 
- must be drawn on a United States Bank and made payable in U.S. currency to: ADVANCED SURFACE ENGINEERING DIV. OF AVS (tax identification # 04-239-2373). Failure to comply with these terms (sending checks which can't be paid in US dollars) will result in a $50.00 check cashing fee payable at the registration desk before the pre-registrant is given a conference badge, conference materials, or permitted entry into the Conference Sessions.

icmctf Registration Policies:

  • Registration forms submitted without proper payment will NOT be processed.
  • Only MASTERCARD and VISA cards are accepted for Conference and/or Short Course registration payment.
  • Credit Cards NOT accepted are American Express, Discover, and Diners Club.
  • Purchase orders and wire bank transfers are NOT accepted.
  • Registration fees are non-transferable.
  • A $50.00 processing fee will be charged for each returned check.
  • All registrants will receive an abstract/program book, complimentary admission to the Exhibition, drink tickets to corresponding daily receptions, and notification of complimentary TSF and SCT journals' on-line proceedings when available.

CONFERENCE cancellation Policies:

  • To receive a full refund for a Conference cancellation, minus a $100 re-processing fee (or a $50 re-processing fee for a Student cancellation), an Early-registrant must notify the ICMCTF Secretary Mabel Zabinski (see address below) in writing prior to March 24, 2017.
  • Conference Early-registration cancellations after March 24 through April 3, 2017 will be refunded minus a $300.00 reprocessing fee; single-day Conference Early-registrants will be assessed a $100 reprocessing fee.
  • Student Early-registration cancellations after March 24 through April 3, 2017 will be refunded minus a $100.00 reprocessing fee.
  • No Conference or Short Course registration refunds will be made after April 3, 2017.
