Dear AVS Exhibitor: 

At the AVS 53rd International Symposium, scheduled for November 12-17, 2006, in San Francisco, California, attending press editors will be provided with information you submit highlighting your new products, technologies, and/or company news. 

Based on multiple requests from editors, this year’s press kits will be distributed in an electronic format. Please note that press kits are only distributed to registered editors/writers from established publications. 

If you would like to announce any new products, new technologies, and/or company news, please follow the instructions below: 

• Complete the online form and/or send your own press release(s) as a pdf file to:

• You may also send electronic images or photos, preferably in a jpeg format. Please remember to include a caption for the image with your submission.

• All submissions are due no later than November 7, 2006.

Due to issues of privacy and security, we will no longer be accepting press kits submissions onsite. However, if you wish to leave a message for a member of the media you may do so in the AVS Pressroom located in Room 2012. Pressroom hours are as follows: 

• Monday-Thursday, November 12-16, 2006, 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
