Product: QCM Deposition Monitor
Sigma Instrument's Q-pod (TM) quartz crystal monitor is the first
portable USB-based QCM. The Q-pod connects between a USB port and
quartz sensor, to measure deposition rate and thickness. It replaces
complicated rack-mount QCMs and external oscillators with a small,
self-powered instrument the fits easily in a pocket. The Q-pod sells
for $500 and includes Windows software to store setup parameters,
display and graph process data, and log data to disk in Excel
compatible format.

The PHOIBOS 225 is a new ultra-high resolution hemispherical
analyzer developed and manufactured by SPECS. Specially designed to

response to pressure and does not utilize unstable thermal
phenomenon as used in Parani gauge. No high
current/voltage/temperature in vacuum. Therefore, stability is
greatly enhanced in atmospheric pressure range as well as in
lower pressure range.
