Registered AVS 55 attendees are invited to visit
the exhibit which comprises an extensive display
of tools, equipment, services and consulting for
film deposition, surface and interface
measurements and analysis, materials, chemicals,
supplies, vacuum production and measurement, and
related instrumentation for surface, interface
and film measurements, as well as professional
literature and publications in these topics.
In addition, consultants, engineers, biologists,
chemists, physicists, purchasing professionals,
scientists, students, technicians, and exhibitor
staff working or studying in the fields of
applied surface science, biomaterial interfaces,
electronic materials and processing, magnetic
interfaces, manufacturing science, MEMS/NEMS,
nanoscience, thin film, plasma science, surface
science, or vacuum technology are welcome to

Please note that all domestic pre-registrants who register by
October 6,
2008, will receive their badges and event tickets by mail in advance of the
meeting. You must report to the Badge Holder Pick-up counter on-site to
collect your holder and materials.
International registrants
who pre-register by September 22,
2008, will receive
their badges and events tickets by mail in advance of the meeting but those
registering later will be required to report to the Pre-Registration counter
in the registration area to collect their badges and materials. All
registrants must have their badge and badgeholder to gain admission to the
technical sessions and exhibition.

Other Conditions
You will be charged for all registrations received. A $20 fee will be charged for all returned checks. No Purchase Orders will be accepted. All registration fees are NON-TRANSFERABLE. No one under the age of 12 (including infants and toddlers) will be permitted on the exhibit floor.
Lost Badge Policy

Please note that we will be imposing a $20 fee
for replacement badges so please remember to
bring your badge and keep it in a safe place
throughout the week.

AVS Vendor Exhibit

The Exhibit comprises an extensive display of tools, equipment, services and consulting for film deposition, surface and interface measurements and analysis, materials, chemicals, supplies, vacuum production and measurement, and related instrumentation for surface, interface and film measurements, as well as professional literature and publications. Each year, the technical symposium expands into new and exciting technical disciplines. Our Nanotechnology division has grown to record levels and our focus in emerging technologies, such as fuel cell and energy research, consistently keeps our Symposium fresh and exciting for exhibitors and attendees alike. The exhibits will be open from Tuesday morning until Thursday afternoon (October 21-23, 2008). New and returning Exhibitors are welcome. Please contact
