Organic/polymer thin-film transistors (O/PTFTs) are of great interest for practical applications in active-matrix displays, radiofrequency identification tags, biosensors, and integrated circuits owing to their advantages of low cost, light weight, and mechanical flexibility. In this presentation, I will report a few results on O/PTFTs from my research group,[1–10] including materials, device interfaces and performances.
