Video Archives
In 1990 the AVS History Committee initiated an ongoing process of taping video interviews of prominent persons in several categories. Those who had been active in the founding of the Society and in its administration; people involved in the development of vacuum and associated technologies; winners of AVS Awards. These video interviews were organized and video-taped by James M. Lafferty.
The interviewees, and the interviewer, as well as the length of the interview are given below. The contents of the interviews are summarized in Video Archive Contents-Link.
