Registration Available in November 2011 Conference registration can be made online using the form below. Payment may be sent to Della Miller, Marketing Communications/Event Manager, AVS, 110 Yellowstone Dr., Suite 120, Chico CA 95973, Phone: 530-896-0477, Fax: 530-896-0487, E-mail: della@avs.org. The registration fee check (drawn on a U.S. bank only) must be made out to “AVS.” The registration fee is $750.00 per person before December 27 and $800 after. This fee covers the conference organization, proceedings, and most meals (including dinners Monday, and Wednesday (the banquet), and lunches Monday and Wednesday) as well as breaks which are intended to be adequate for continental breakfasts and afternoon snacks. Undergraduate and graduate students qualify for a special rate of $550.00 before December 27, $600.00 after. The student fee includes the above meals, but no proceedings.
