Reserving a Hotel Room:
Participants are eligible for the Conference room rate of $109/room per night (single or double, plus tax) at the La Fonda Hotel, 100 East San Francisco St. Santa Fe, New Mexico 87501.

Government Per Diem: First-come, first-serve

Please make your reservations by January 3, 2012. The hotel will require a credit card number (plus expiration date) to guarantee the first night’s stay. For those eligible, the hotel may offer a small number of rooms at Government rates.

Please note, most attendees will arrive on Saturday or Sunday (afternoon) and leave on Thursday (afternoon) (unless they wish to stay longer and enjoy the surrounding attractions).

Albuquerque International Airport: 60 miles
Santa Fe Municipal Airport: Located at the southwest corner of the city, handles all types of private aircraft. American Eagle offers two nonstop daily flights between Santa Fe and Dallas and one nonstop daily flight between Santa Fe and Los Angeles. Airport Information Line 505-955-2908

Directions to the Hotel from Albuquerque International Airport: As you leave the airport, take the Sunport exit to I-25 North. When you reach Santa Fe, take Exit# 284, Old Pecos Trail. At the stop sign at the top of the hill, turn left.

Proceed north to the third traffic light and bear right to stay on Old Pecos Trail into town. Old Pecos Trail becomes Old Santa Fe Trail which dead ends into La Fonda at Water Street. Go around the hotel by turning left on Water, then making an immediate right.

At the traffic light at San Francisco Street, turn right again - away from the Plaza and toward St. Francis Cathedral. Proceed to the hotel’s parking garage at the end of the block, on the right side of the street.
