Contributed/Poster:
Time allotted: 4 minute presentation, with 1 minute additional for
questions (5 minutes total). In your
oral presentation, you will be allowed only three transparencies: (1) one
stating the issue or question considered: what you did and why it is
important, (2) one with your main results and central overview, and (3)
one stating your conclusions and what the work means.
You are also asked to display a poster of your talk throughout the week.
Approximate poster dimensions are 46 inches tall x 44 inches wide.
Invited/Poster:
Time allotted: 25 minute presentation, plus 5 minutes for questions and
answers (30 minutes total).
You are also asked to display a poster of your talk throughout the week.
Approximate poster dimensions are 48 inches tall x 44 inches wide.
Upgraded/Poster:
Time allotted: 17 minute presentation, plus 3 minutes for questions and
answers (20 minutes total).

Manuscript
Deadline: January 30, 2009
As in
the past, papers presented will be published together in the July/August
2009 issue of the Journal of Vacuum Science & Technology B, one of the
premier journals in applied physics and related fields. To continue this
tradition of outstanding conference proceedings we strongly encourage
you to submit a manuscript related to the topic of your PCSI
presentation, whether poster, upgraded talk, or invited talk. To prepare
