ABSTRACT INSTRUCTIONS

Enter information on our web page or email your abstract in this format to http://www.icmctf.org.  Within 3 weeks you will receive an acknowledgment letter.  Please follow this format and do not send duplicate submissions. All field names must begin with the '$' character; data must be contained within a pair of braces {} , as shown.  Delete / ignore lines that don t apply to your submission. 

PLEASE DO NOT CHANGE THE FORMAT

Keep it in plain ASCII text. Use both upper and lower case letters since the program will be printed directly from your submission. Please be careful since no one proofreads the final text. What you submit is what will be printed in the program.

Special Character Codes: All codes must be placed within a pair of @ characters.  Do not use the '@' character anywhere else in your abstract text. You can use '@' to enter email addresses.

Pictures/figures will not be accepted.
