 The ICMCTF Pre-Registration is now closed and now must be done on-site.
Registration will be at the Town and Country Hotel, San Diego, California.

 

Registration hours are: 

  • Sunday – April 27th – 4:30 – 6:30 pm

  • Monday – April 28th – 7:30 am – 3:30 pm

  • Tuesday – April 29th – 7:30 – 3: 30 pm

  • Wednesday – April 30th – 7:30 – 3: 30 pm

  • Thursday – May 1st – 7:30 – 3: 30 pm

  • Friday – May 2nd – 7:30 – 10:30 am

Payment can be made with cash, travelers checks, Visa or MasterCard credit cards. We DO NOT ACCEPT American Express or Purchase Orders.

 

FULL WEEK REGISTRATION
(Includes copy of abstract book, conference Proceedings on CD (mailed later in the year, admission to equipment exhibition, and drink tickets for all receptions throughout the conference week)

 

On-Site Registration Rates: 

  • $590.00  - with a Town and Country Confirmation Number or proof of a local residential/business address

  • $670.00 – non conference hotel


 

STUDENT REGISTRATION

(Students must present a valid student ID card. Student registrants DO NOT RECEIVE the PROCEEDINGS, but do receive the following: copy of the abstract book, admission to equipment exhibition AND drink tickets for all receptions throughout the conference week.
 

Student On-Site Rates: 

  • $110.00  - with a Town and Country Confirmation Number or proof of a local residential/business address

  • $150.00 – non conference hotel

 

SINGLE DAY REGISTRATION
(No Proceedings) 

  • $225.00 (Monday-Thursday)

  • $100.00 (Friday)
