Poster Presentation Instructions
Dear ALD 2005 Poster
Presenters:
Poster presenters will be provided with a blank poster board and push pins for mounting posters onto it. The poster board dimensions are 4 foot by 4 foot. The boards will be arranged in the order that the posters are listed in the program.
The posters may remain mounted for the entire duration of the meeting. Time is reserved for official poster sessions from 5pm to 7pm on Monday and Tuesday. During these times, poster presenters are encouraged to have an author available near the poster for questions and discussion. Drinks and snacks will also be available during these poster sessions.
Poster presenters should also send their poster materials in PowerPoint form to Della Miller, della@avs.org, so that they can be included on the DVD that will be the entire record of ALD 2005.
