Presentation Guidelines Contributed Oral presentations are 20 minutes in length, with nominally 15 minutes for your presentation and 5 minutes for questions. Invited Oral presentations are 30 minutes in length, with nominally 25 minutes for your presentation and 5 minutes for questions. The session room will be equipped with a standard PC, screens, microphone, and LCD projector. The conference will provide a PC in the session rooms and a switchbox will also be available for those who bring their own computers. Please bring your presentation in either PowerPoint or PDF format on a flash drive. Presenters should meet with the Session Chair before the beginning of the session to load talks onto the computer. Please make sure your presentation displays properly and that you are familiar with the AV equipment before the session begins. Also, please note that we will be gathering a PowerPoint or PDF file of your presentation at the conference to post to the conference website. Submitted presentations will be posted online to a password protected website for attendees to download after the meeting.
Poster Presentation Guidelines Approximate poster dimensions are 48 inches tall x 44 inches wide. Posters are to be displayed during all poster sessions. Specific set up times will be provided when you pick up your registration materials at the conference. Also, please note that we will be gathering PowerPoint or PDF files of your poster presentation at the conference to post to the conference website. Submitted posters will be posted online to a password protected website for attendees to download after the meeting.
