Cancellation Policy

If written notice of cancellation reaches the Conference Registrar:

• Before November 1: A cancellation fee of $50 will be deducted from the refund.
• After November 1: No refund will be given. A copy of Proceedings will be sent to the registrant afterward.

The conference registration fee includes: single attendance to the conference, one copy of symposium materials, breaks and lunches (see schedule).
