AVS: Science and Technology of Materials, Interfaces, and Processing

Short Courses

The AVS New England Chapter Short Course Program will be held June 6-7, 2011 in conjunction with the NEAVS Annual Symposium June 6 at the Burlington Marriott Hotel, in Burlington, Massachusetts. 

All classes will run from 8:30am to 5:00pm with a 1 hour lunch break. Lunch is included.

Classes offered:

• An Overview of Applied Vacuum Technology

• Analysis of Residual Gas Analyzer Spectra

• Atomic Layer Deposition
