Third Prize to Douglas Beringer (William and Mary), for poster entitled “Anomalous Morphological Scaling in Epitaxial Nb Thin Films on Ceramic Substrates” awarded by Doug Baker, Chair of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter.   Undergraduate Research Prize to David Nminibapial (Old Dominion University), for poster entitled “MEMS Piezoelectric Block Resonator” awarded by Doug Baker, Chair of the Mid-Atlantic Chapter.
