The Industrial Physics Forum 2007: The Energy Challenge (IPF): With an eye on repeating success, the 49th annual AIP Industrial Physics Forum (IPF) will again be held in conjunction with the 54th AVS International Symposium during 14-16 October, 2007 in Seattle, WA.  The AVS and AIP-Corporate Associates Advisory Committee jointly approved "The Energy Challenge" as the theme. Five half-day session topics have been confirmed by the planning committee. The topics include: Automotive Energy, Energy Efficiency, Nuclear Energy, Energy for Low-Carbon Impact, and the ever popular Frontiers in Physics.
